Not preemie size best in my review
Beautiful outfit.looks to be good quality but runs very large. Bought the preemie size so my little peanut had something cute to wear and its WAY to big more like a newborn or even 0/3 month. Kinda bummed she cannot wear it now as we need preemie clothes but at least she can grow into it.
