Review on Trace by Josh Elkins
Easy and intuitive software with good functionality
I am using trace for data protection at my current employer - it has been very easy to get set up as we have had previous experience of other DPO solutions before so there was no learning curve! It's also helped us manage our GDPR obligations better than any solution that came previously.
The support from their team are always responsive when you need them which makes life easier sometimes if things aren't going smoothly or quickly enough!! There isn't anything really i dislike about this product but maybe more features would be nice? As an organisation who needed some extra security around sensitive customer information then having access control built into one tool made sense.
