That's exactly what I wanted!

This is exactly what I wanted...a powerful grill that can handle up to 500F. I like a thick base so I can use it on the stovetop when deglazing the pan and making gravy. Weak pans are deformed and will not fit. I have to laugh at those who complain that he weighs too much. It has to be hard, that's what makes it so good!
