I broke the long antenna 3 times. Enough, I started looking for a complete replacement that wouldn't bend in the wind and wouldn't get caught on the garage door. The long antenna was a bad idea. Installed this antenna in 10 minutes. I spent six minutes searching for an Allen wrench and the right size head. Both are metric, install the Allen screw in the antenna and tighten. Cut the antenna pin just above the nut. Use a 7mm socket to remove the old antenna nut. Simply screw the new antenna into the nut, put on the hub cap and you're done. I found that this antenna actually has the best reception. Short antenna. Couldn't be happier.
