Highly recommended: test, measure, and verify

I work as a janitor in the public school system. The new building has a refrigeration system to cool the air. I need to be able to control the glycol concentration for it to work properly. The Extech RF40 comes with excellent instructions and is easy to calibrate and use. All this for what I think is a very fair price.
