They are perfect for my needs for many reasons, not just to save space in my closet. The clips are gentle on the fabric and are not fixed, but instead slide along a horizontal bar and thus adapt to any width of clothing. The small cascading hook on the front is perfect for another pant/skirt hanger if you want to stack them all vertically to save space. I use thin flocked hangers with metal hooks for everything but pants and skirts and have found that the cascading hook easily accommodates two or three of these hooks at a time, allowing me to pair the pants with a small selection of matching blouses and tops. . It makes planning my morning wardrobe easier and even fun to arrange in my closet which is much more spacious now!
