The table was assembled quickly and easily. Very annoying that not all the fittings were in the package and some things were hanging around in the box. Has anyone seen machine carving on a wooden surface, very strange. Thread can break easily. The instructions for the chairs should be as follows: Assemble everything in a row, especially the seat. Then tighten, check again. Then have someone sit you in the chair and tighten the seat AGAIN! If it took about 30 minutes to assemble following the instructions, it would be one thing if assembly was tedious, so assembly took 2 hours straight with all the fuss.
