I like this knife because it is easy to use and makes my blades very sharp. I've noticed that my knives have a much sharper edge from the factory. But maybe I just need to keep practicing to get to this point. It just may not be possible to get a factory edge on a blade quickly and easily at home. Bought 2 identical knives. First one I've been using for a few months and kept up with this one. When I received my second knife in the mail, I compared it. It wasn't a huge difference, but with the new knife I could swing my blade across the paper really quickly and it just fell apart. The one I had for one doesn't. You have to put it down on paper and slowly withdraw. Still very spicy, but it would be so great if it was THAT spicy. All in all I love this product though. I also bought one for my mother.
