I like how easy it was for me as an editor, writer or reporter/photographer with no tech background at all! It's so simple anyone can use this platform without being intimidated by technology in general (which makes sense because they're trying to make journalism more accessible). The team has been extremely helpful throughout our integration process - we are still learning but their support staff have always gone above & beyond what could be expected from any vendor out there. There aren't many downsides other than having multiple people editing your articles simultaneously which isn’t ideal when working within deadlines; however if one person works off of another then everything will work perfectly fine. We've also found some bugs here and there where certain features don't seem fully functional yet though nothing major just small issues such as not allowing users who haven't logged into HQ before accessing specific sections of media files etc. Having access to high quality reporting tools right away really helped us get up and running quickly.
