My purple worms saved!

Edit: A month has passed and I have my first moth. I decided to breed some more hornworms while waiting for my pupae. For me, the optimal serving is 2 ounces of food to 1 glass of distilled water. I don't give them more than they can eat in 3 days because it will start to wear off. You'll be able to tell when it's out because it has a very distinct, sugary-sweet smell. The cooked dish will keep in the fridge for at least a week and possibly longer. Original: Thank god this meal came on time. This Christmas I was gifted a mug with about 20 farmed hornworms, but for some reason the mug only lasted 2 days! I immediately ordered this worm food and fed them washed/organic peppers and spinach in the meantime so they wouldn't starve. Well, it turned out to be a complete disaster because half of them got sick from peppers and the other half got poisoned from spinach. When this food arrived, I threw away everything else, rinsed them thoroughly and prepared a large portion of food for them. They went crazy for it and after about 3 days they stopped running. Now almost 2 weeks later I have 5 pupae and the rest are small pieces almost ready to pupate.
