So this movie works great if you really plan on using your iPad as a tool for note-taking, drawing, math, or anything else that requires using an Apple Pencil required. I emphasize what is required because if your work does not require fine detail and you can do without using a finger or even an apple pencil, then don't buy this film. I keep mentioning the film because it's not a protective glass, it can prevent scratches, but it will ruin the film and won't help if you drop your iPad. Foil creates friction so your apple pencil faces a resistance that mimics real paper and pencil so foil works great in that regard. However, the nature of the film can cause fine details to lose visual clarity on your iPad. You are sacrificing high definition at close range when you install this film on your iPad. I had to give this product 3 stars because the description lies and tells you something about not sacrificing clarity when in fact it is.
