
I got rid of the Frymaster computerized deep fryer because it’s complicated to use, slow heating up oil and the temperature was too low for many Asian food dishes which require temperature above 350F.This product was great. It heated up oil very fast and temperature can be cranked up to 405F. I know we should not cook the food at higher 375F but still. It’s very simple to install and use. Oil drain is a breeze.The reason I gave 3 stars because the shipping caused a big dent on the side of the item.
