Well I had high hopes for this product when I received it. The cables were nice and seemed flexible but not cheap but unfortunately I don't know if I got a bad batch or what. The reviews were pretty decent from other people. After about 2 months, 1 of the Lightning connectors came off completely (there was no excessive pressure on the cable, there was no rudeness with the cables. Everything was treated normally), then the 2nd cable in the pack fell off completely. Where you can't bend the cable in a certain way so that it doesn't stop working. I went through the returns window and there doesn't seem to be any warranty information in the original box they came in or on the box (I only ever keep my box for situations like this) so I guess all I can do is is, is to buy another brand. I hope you see this review and reply to start the warranty process.
