I've been playing volleyball for over 25 years and to be honest this is the first pair of volleyball shoes I've really liked. Other volleyball shoes I've had were stiff, clunky and didn't fit my foot well. As a result, my feet and ankles were poorly protected and I was more likely to get injured. With Wave Luminous 2 I feel much more comfortable and stable. These shoes fit like a stretchy glove - at first I thought I had to order half a size up, but they do stretch a bit and after 2 games they fit perfectly. The snug fit makes these shoes feel like an extension of your foot - perfect for quick moves and changes of direction. The cushioning is fantastic too - I have weak ankles and recently injured my heel and I feel little to no pain in these shoes and I can say they really take the pressure off my jumps/landings. I highly recommend trying them out if you're having trouble finding the right volleyball shoes.
