This brace has a modular setup in that you can move the heating element pad around the brace to best hit any particular spot you need. The included battery powers it for quite a long time and is able to charge via USB C at 10W, meaning you can get charged and running pretty quick. Of course, the pad also works off wall sockets and larger capacity batteries in case you need that access. Note that the battery's USB C only works for input, it cannot output via that port, only the standard USB port.The heat is pretty good at level 2, and gets pretty intense at level 3.I've also used the heat pad without the back brace, and can see it being a good travel option when going hiking/camping when you need a small panel to heat your sleeping bag or bed.
