I don’t have plantar fasciitis but I do have fairly severe nerve damage that causes my feet to occasionally swell and creates a burning sensation that occasionally makes it hard for me to even walk. At first my husband and daughter tried putting these on her feet. It was a no go. I actually started a return based on the fact my strong husband couldn't get them on her. Later I was looking at the and noticed if I rolled the ankle portion down the heel stuck out like a tongue. So I called my daughter over and tried myself to apply them. Worked like a charm. I purchased these after I had foot surgery and I had a lot of swelling around my normally skinny ankle. My surgeon told me to buy compression socks but I couldn't find any that didn't go all the way up to the knee. Since my swelling was only around the top of my foot and my ankle I brought these. They helped some but I think I should have purchased a smaller sized for what I was using them for. I also have thin feet.

Full disclosure, I do NOT have plantar fasciitis but I did buy these as compression socks for my swollen pregnant feet. I’m a 9.5-10 narrow US shoe size and normally have thin, bony feet but feel like my feet have gone to a size Wide or bigger with swelling, so I got a size large. I have tried so many different versions of these and I cannot say enough about the difference that this brand makes! I wear these socks daily easy to care for dries fast. They are a little tight at the top but everything else fits well. They really do help. Wish there was more cushioning in the heel to help the spur

Just the right amount of support! I have a few different brands of compression sleeves and these are the most comfortable. I can wear them all day, others I have to take off after a couple of hours because they're just too tight. I have Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis in my left foot and these really help relieve swelling and pain.

I had high hopes for this based on the review I read. Sadly I was rather disappointed. My plantar fasciitis has gotten so bad that getting out of bed in the morning is a battle involving steeling my nerves up to endure the pain I will encounter when my feet touch the floor. I like that it does stay in place and not roll back. When feet are swelling sometimes it's a little too tight and I have to remove them.

I've bought these so many times! They reduce swelling on my feet from standing at work all day. When you first try a product like this you may need to go slow and try them only for a couple of hours a couple times a week because the compression can feel uncomfortable if you experience a lot of swelling. But after breaking yourself in, they are so wonderful! I never have any aches in my feet and ankles anymore!

I mostly need support at the ankle since it is held together with plates and screws. These socks did just that. I had to take a star away for the lack of color choices. Loved the open toe

the heel stitching is weird to me. I got a size large measuring my arch at 9 1/2.now my ankle hurts not helping May not be suitable for those with skin sensitivities or infections!

I wear size 7 shoe and have smaller ankles. These sleeves give me good support while I'm running around on my feet doing chores in my sandals. They offer the perfect amount of support at the gym, too, and thin enough to allow me to wear socks as well when I wear my gym shoes. The compression factor, even after all day wear, remains constant. 💯 Recommended.

So, I started having heel pain last October. It just got worse and worse and some days I could hardly put any weight on my heels. I tried heat, cold, pain creams and didn't see any difference. After a couple of weeks of wearing these socks (I just wear them while sleeping) I hardly feel any pain at all. I was skeptical but these are amazing.

Arch and support for healing broken bone in foot was good. Two days of use and I can walk almost pain free again. That's my feedback!

I have neuropathy in my feet and even with medication, sometimes my heels will ache badly. This usually starts in the evening when I sit down to watch tv so I put these on. After wearing them for an evening I then can go without them for 2-3 days and then I'll wear them again for the evening. I'm very happy with the results. Sometimes I find them too tight around my ankles and I'm thinking I should have purchased the next size up, so just an FYI.
