I highly recommend, do not buy other cheap bricks even if they have a higher number. I previously purchased the 3000/8000 brick (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G2ZNBS4/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) from Revain. Cheap, only $20. But it doesn't work. Figure 3 shows a microscopic image of a knife sharpened with an 8000 side of this stone. You can see this is not good. During sharpening, you may feel that the particles are not the same size. At first I thought my skills weren't very good. Until I bought this King KDS I found that this was not my problem. King KDS is good, although the number is only 1000/6000, the feeling is very different! You can slide the cut paper, you can shave your leg hair very smoothly! Sharpened mirror knife.
