These pans are an upgrade to the aluminum pan that came with my toaster. However, as other reviewers point out, it's almost impossible to remove the baked sauce or other ingredients, even after soaking in dish soap and warm water, without damaging the surface. The baking sheet also warps at 400F, but I'm less concerned as I use it primarily for toasting bagels, pizza, cakes, etc.
