Review on Imperative by Michael Robinson

The benefits are clear-cut - it helps employees to find meaning at workplace which is important from an HR perspective but also gives them space/opportunity (as well) explore other interests outside office hours too! It's free so you can't really complain about that either :) But I think there could be more options offered by this tool than just'meaningful' activities like volunteering or giving back etc., perhaps offering some suggestions? Other tools outthere do offer these possibilities though not necessarily with such ease / simplicity approachable through one platform & easy user interface experience! A good way to get your staff engaged internally without spending money on expensive workshops/events if budget allows ;) I like the fact that it is a platform where I can connect with other people who are working on the same thing; this is helpful for the purpose of learning and growing. I have not found anything that I dislike. It is a great platform to use. I have been able to connect with other people who are working on the same thing; this is helpful because we are able to learn from each other.
