Well I have a window cleaning business. This mop is pretty good. Its fibers are soft and hold a lot of liquid and also adhere well to the frame. It detaches with Velcro for easy cleaning and dries overnight. The mop material holds the dirt it picks up until you dip it in the bucket. 10 out of 10 for the mop itself. Where this product loses points in my book is what others have stumbled upon. The telescoping handle that Unger sells for him (I got mine from the big box store) is a patented product. This pen is unthreaded and will not work effectively with regular refills. To make matters worse, her own bar doesn't hold the handle in place. It wobbles as it's not snug, making it uncomfortable and a little unwieldy in length. Note to Manufacturers: Customize the rod to the product and add threads for use with other products. You get the business you're missing and you have happier employees.
