It allows you as an admin access all your timesheet information through one screen, this makes it easy when giving feedbacks about how I would like my staff members' work going forward! My previous manager did not use any other online scheduling programs so he couldnt understand why we had issues using his program compared to others out there (i guess because most people know what they're doing). Now that i have moved him over onto another project management platform called Asana everything's working great again!! The only problem at hand now seems minor - being able to add more users than are allowed by default without having them get billed extra money per month? Not sure if thats something anyone else faces but its worth noting especially since some employers dont realise/care until after too late into hiring new workers :/. Its much easier managing multiple projects from different team managers rather then trying to keep up individually once someone starts getting busy during peak hours etc..
