I would like to say that this is one of the most comfortable headsets I have ever bought. The sound is clear and you can hear people and listen to music clearly. I bought this mic for meetings and was dying to keep this headset but the mic is too sensitive. The mic is so sensitive it picks up things I can't even hear (maybe because I'm wearing headphones). The microphone picks up keyboard clicks, baby screaming upstairs, chair moving up and down, neighbors sneezing, dogs whistling. (jk on the last two) but seriously, a very sensitive mic I wouldn't buy for meetings where you have to unmute to speak. I like the mute function
