So the railing kit includes two metal brackets that need to be screwed on where regular pull rods enter the child gate. but 1) one of the metal brackets kept slipping when a little pressure was applied to it, weakening the gate, and 2) how the heck am I supposed to attach it if it actually works? The shape of the end is a curved diamond shape that is difficult to twist to adjust the tension, ESPECIALLY when you are close to the railing. So one worked. I really wish they both work AND that they come with a nut/bolt that you can turn to adjust the tension instead of having to turn the entire metal bracket.
