I have no idea why it looks like a special unavailable part that nobody knows about. Many people have a dishwasher + garbage chute. Instead of drilling into a pipe and ruining everything and possibly damaging the material because things are so cheap now, here's a harmless and reversible solution: add a drain hole for your reverse osmosis system. You might think this would be easy. Found in hardware stores but no one I found carries one and the staff told me there is no such adapter. Here it is.
