I installed them on my boat and liked them so much I ordered a second one. Check out some YouTube videos if you need to cut and solder. It requires some skills and tools. They are bright enough for my application, but brighter LED strips are available. You will need a power source such as a 12V battery or a 110V to 12V DC AC adapter. All LEDs shine beautifully. Wiped the surface several times with alcohol. The glue may not work, but 1/4" 3M VHB tape will fix it if needed.
