Replaced some other inserts with these for better support and they do just that. They are very comfortable and form fitting, just like memory foam should be. Others have mentioned that they didn't receive the correct number of inserts, but I ordered 4 and received 4 exactly as expected. The only minor complaint is that the square padding on the inside makes some parts of the pillow look like they have blocky edges sticking out. ; However, this isn't at all obvious when you actually lean on the pillow, as those blocky edges are slightly shaped by the pressure exerted on them. It would have been better if the memory foam was carved smoother rather than with raised edges. Regardless, these are still great memory foam pillows.
