How fast results were realized from implementing! From Day One! Everything was done for me by Glue's team. They are not just super smart & skilled - they're also great people which makes it easy to collaborate with them. Great customer support too. Nothing at all negative about this awesome service provider! I wish there more software providers would utilize glue to boost conversions. My conversion rate increased tremendously after implementing Glue! Customer retention has always been an issue within my companies. Now we have less abandoned carts/shopping carts which indicates better customer retention as well as improved bottom line revenues!! I love how it's able to connect with our Facebook page so we can get updates in real time! It would be nice if there was an option for people who don't have FB accounts but still want to use this app - maybe they could sign up via email instead? We've been using them during football season as well as concerts throughout summertime. They're easy enough to navigate through and even easier to keep track of what tickets are sold when!
