The palm rest is ergonomically comfortable and supports my wrists well, the only issue is the fabric is not smooth and itches. My skin. To make it more comfortable if I don't have long sleeves I usually just throw a doily over it to make it more bearable. UPDATE: The seller has excellent customer service. After checking my review, they contacted me and asked if they could give me a small refund for my inconvenience. It was made available to me promptly. I am changing my 3 star rating to 4 star based on their customer service.
