Excellent purchase! the best collars, harnesses and leashes

Works as described! I took another reviewer's tip: put a bandana on my dog, dunked it under water, and then put it in the freezer (around the round ice cream tub to keep it in shape). I put it on my black ACD/Lab blend after we played ball outside in the 93 degree AZ heat and it wasn't breathing as heavily as usual. She calmed down quickly. I plan to buy another one. FYI, I'm worried it might be too cold straight out of the freezer so I left it on the counter for a few minutes before putting it on.
