Review on VOKKA Posture Corrector: Adjustable Back Brace for Pain Relief, Improved Posture and Support for Men and Women by Justin Spence

I couldn't wait to write this review. I have bought and returned other weak posture aids. Until now. It actually had a hard part (with metal somehow padded for comfort) that rested against the top of the spine. With that I can feel my spine straighten, my shoulders straighten and wow. it actually works great! A little about me: I'm middle-aged, was a triathlete in my youth and currently go to the gym about 4-5 days a week. I'm in good shape. But most of the day I work on the computer and I've developed a flexion like when I'm working at a desk and my shoulders are pushed forward. Being in my 50's I have had tension and pain in my shoulders for a year. I go to the gym in addition to weight training, massage, yoga classes twice a month, try to stretch on my own, but the tension and pain in my shoulder won't go away. I believe the pain is due to rotating my shoulders forward when sitting at the desk and computer. This brace corrects my posture and it feels like my body is breathing fresh air while correcting my posture. The good news is that this device is so effective that my "muscle memory" jumped on. I wear it for maybe 30 minutes, take it off, and then I want to pull my shoulders back and sit up straight, rather than adopting a sloppy stance and tilting my shoulders forward. One remark: At first this device seemed uncomfortable to me. First he bumped into my armpits in a very thin T-shirt. But they advise wearing over clothes and I wear a sweatshirt now which is fine. You can also order a pair of wrap around sheepskin strap covers if you want them to be more comfortable around the shoulders and armpits. What I'm trying to say is don't give it up just because it's uncomfortable when you put it on for the first time. It's efficient, and that interests me. To health and a long life! (PS I have absolutely nothing to do with the manufacturer and they don't know me out of the blue. I rarely write reviews, only when something is really bad or very good. It's really good, in my opinion, hence my rating!)
