Not for the obese

So I'm very fat and almost all of these products draw people in good shape. The best I can hope for is to get the biggest one and get out of there. I tried to read as many reviews as possible and this one had decent reviews recommended for tall people. As you can clearly see in the picture, this is not intended for overweight people. Posting rather embarrassing pictures if you are a tall person looking for a product like this is not the right thing to do.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

This device is supposed to be tight, so stop whining!

I use this mount when I work on the computer and it does what it is supposed to. Pulls you into position and holds you there. According to the bandage, it should not be worn for more than 20 minutes until you get used to it. I suspect that many people who thought they bought the wrong size because it was so tight probably had more serious posture issues than they thought. Stretching, yoga, and Pilates also help, so be patient.

Not for the elderly or living alone

After I "buckled in" I couldn't pull down or pull on the sides hard enough so the brace's double bar lay flat against my back. The plastic bones of the bracket did not remain closed ledges and protruded further. The strut tended to rise with a gap in the back that I couldn't fix. Very awkward design. Requires above average arm strength and/or a partner to put on and take off. I'm still looking for a convenient solution for easy on and off.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Slightly torn

WORKS and is comfortable to wear at the same time!

I have bad posture and a lot of back pain lately. A physical therapist bandaged my back a few years ago and it's MUCH better with the same effect. You can wear it throughout the day for as long as you want or need, and slowly exercise your back muscles to maintain better posture. After just a few days of use, I noticed that my posture changed when I wasn't wearing it. It also makes you realize how hard it is not to hang around while spending a lot of time on your phone! I'm more aware of that…

If you have armpits.

This product is not for you. The straps are too wide to fit under the arms. The material is too stiff and wide to fit comfortably under the armpits. Not sure if the pads on the straps should go into the armpit or over the shoulders. In any case, it is most uncomfortable when worn somewhere near or in the armpit. If it's supposed to be a shoulder strap I'm not sure why they added it as it doesn't put any pressure on the shoulders. All the pressure is on that absurdly uncomfortable, hard lump of…

The best posture belt on the market!

I have tried at least 4 different posture belts on Amazon and they all had good reviews. But this belt is much better than others. Unlike other carriers, this one uses stretchy shoulder straps that keep the shoulders secure but don't dig into the armpits. They also have padded armpit pads but are comfortable without them. As for the back support, unlike other models that are only fabric, this model has metal plates inside that actually support the flexed area of the back and prevent sagging…

It does what it was designed to do

Hard to rate something like this 5 stars. I hope you read this and understand. This is not what provides pain relief. . I have an L4 compression swivel and also do flooring. (Not a good combination) and some extra back support would probably be the smartest thing for me. The price for this was great and it was worth trying. What it does is sit on your body in a slightly awkward position and pull on your shoulders to help you maintain better posture. This is not a dramatic effect. can be…

It actually improves your posture. WOW!

I couldn't wait to write this review. I have bought and returned other weak posture aids. Until now. It actually had a hard part (with metal somehow padded for comfort) that rested against the top of the spine. With that I can feel my spine straighten, my shoulders straighten and wow. it actually works great! A little about me: I'm middle-aged, was a triathlete in my youth and currently go to the gym about 4-5 days a week. I'm in good shape. But most of the day I work on the computer and I've…
