I bought his watch in 2017 and had to send it in for repair almost immediately. They fixed it for free but after two years the warranty ended and the watch stopped working. The instruction manual appears to have been written by someone whose native language is not English, the font is so small that you need a magnifying glass to read it, and the instructions for setting the clock are so complicated that they would confuse an engineer. Attempts to determine if the blackout was caused by a dead battery failed with the clock, which requires a hex key and screwdriver to access, and yet the batteries could not be removed without damaging the clock. It's a cool looking watch and given the price one would expect more reliability. I just don't have time to keep sending this thing to the shop. With regret and a little wiser, I throw this monster in the trash and buy a less expensive and more reliable watch.
