I bought this holder in May 2020 and it has worked very well for about 1 year. Then the handle is not attached to the steering wheel. No matter how I turned it, it always went off. Once, while cycling down a busy, bumpy road, the mount fell off my phone and I almost died trying to catch the phone and ride before they fell onto the road. Very disappointing as the mount worked fine for 1 year. I think you get what you pay for. ($17) Trying to contact support was very frustrating. I have emailed them several times to their 2 different email addresses for customer contact. No Answer. You provide a phone number. Out of order. They offered Revain an answer, telling me to tighten the device, but with no instructions on HOW or WHERE to ask them for help. I will go ahead and buy a different brand bike rack.
