Excellent machine - needle easily clogs

The machine is very quick to set up. Brews great. Perfect measurements of desired ounce. Extremely easy to use, however, if you do not regularly (1-2 days) perform multiple (2-3) flushes, the needle will clog and lead to an error message. Depending on the application, regularly daily, every other day or on the 3rd day. Our machine is used in the office and needs a rinse cycle at least every other day (no K-Pod insert, just brew with water).
