I am 18-20 years old usually XL or 1x 225 lbs. I bought 2x but it was tight so I gifted it to my sister and bought 4x. I like my dress a little loose to hide my tummy and it fits perfectly. The neck was also very tight because you have to fasten them at the back. I would advise you to advise
