I'm still relatively new to cloth diapering but these appear to be pretty standard pocket diapers. The diaper itself is fine but the inserts I've had absolutely no luck with. Microfiber is naturally not great, but these are even worse than my other brands with leaks. I don't have any other hemp inserts to compare these to, but I struggled to get them to lay flat and I had leaks with them every time. Once I swapped the inserts out though, I'm happy with the diapers.
