Review on πŸ”ͺ Slice & Dice Effortlessly with Borner V6 Stainless Steel Mandoline V-Slicer by Jane Crawford

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Replaces my original Borner V-Slicer

Bought the original over 25 years ago during a promotion. When I decided to upgrade, I started researching. And after watching dozens of videos and reading even more reviews from different makes and models, including very expensive slicers, I settled on Borner V6. Why ? Because they are dice. Also cuts tomatoes. If a $200 mandolin can't slice a tomato, I don't have to spend $200. You've come a long way. It has a great security feature. A plate that covers the blade when stored, but can also be used for medium slices. One minus and it's small. The instructions don't show the best way to put everything back in the cart. It took me a while but I figured it out.
