Really extend the life of the Pyrex when the original caps start cracking around the edges.
It's great to have new lids for my Pyrex as the old ones are starting to crack around the edges. I've had them for a few years and they are holding up very well! Used all the time. I've now given five stars for "leak tightness" but if you tip it on its side the liquid oozes out. However, they do an excellent job of preserving food and have a very good flat surface for fridge storage. Nice and stable.
