Great product for making homemade ice cream sandwiches
I often use an ice cream sandwich maker to make my own gluten and dairy free ice cream sandwiches. I think it's well made and the plastic on my product is thick and doesn't seem to chip easily as another reviewer previously commented. Bake the whole dough, then cut out as the instructions suggest. So less waste. A trick that will help someone who uses this is when you start making sandwiches, just push the white part into the mold a bit, otherwise it will be a little difficult to remove when you start assembling the sandwiches are ready.
