Review on 💾 Sabrent Rocket Pro 1TB NVMe External Aluminum SSD | USB 3.1 Interface (SB-1TB-NVME) by Omar Alradwan

I use this product to back up my photos, videos and as a Time Machine backup for my Mac. I love how small the drive is and how fast it can transfer. I also like the slim and refined body as well as its ability to keep heat to a minimum. The SSD here is a TLC NAND PCIe X4 NVME drive, so it's not as reliable as MLC NAND NVME drives, but these MLC drives are significantly more expensive than this one. This comes with a newer Phason 12 controller so is fairly new. Several other manufacturers have a similar drive with the same controller, TLC NAND, and drive sizes. So the choice depends on reputation and price. This drive and case was almost the cheapest and (in my opinion) one of the most reliable. Using the USB cable that came with it, I was able to get 1400 writes and 2300 reads. Much better than my USB 3.0 drives. Information transfer is super fast!
