Good but may not compatible with GT-N8013ZW

I bought this charger for my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet (Model: GT-N8013ZW). The way it works is that the battery shows that it's charging, but when you turn on the device it shows a red X on the battery. So basically it doesn't load at all. From what I've learned about it, the tablet needs the original charger or adapter, which fixes the problem.
