Review on 🌟 LYAPKO 3.5 AG Premium Active Applicator - Universal Roller for Acupressure Massage: Unique Patented Self-Therapy Tool by Vanessa Campbell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great tool for my fibrous tissue

I was going to use it for a month before writing a review. I have fibromyalgia and was hoping this would help relieve the pain. SHORT VERSION: I was very impressed with this Lyapko roller. (It's 3.5 inches.) It helped my shoulder pain. As well as my pain in the jaw joint. And helps me stay alert when traveling (tested on a 16 hour trip). LONG VERSION: If you like acupressure/acupuncture mats, I think you might like these too. My husband can't stand it and hates the mat too although he loves the acupressure pad and has taken this pad out several times to use on his neck. But I don't think I could use one of their full mats with such sharp points (although they don't tear skin). This is great for stains that are hard to get with a carpet. It feels particularly good on the muscles and face, the needles are convex to touch with your finger but when you roll it doesn't hurt. My kids love using it and think it tickles (they roll it around a bit). When rolling, there is a skin burning sensation when you apply deep pressure. I only like it on muscle areas and not on thin skin/bone areas. I can't stand the nerve damage all over my leg from the last surgery. So, for big muscles - I just use it for about a minute and move on. After that, I have a sunburn sensation for about 5 minutes, especially in areas of allodynia/skin pain, and then it goes away. I have AMAZING pain in my jaw and neck when I drive and my temporomandibular joint is a bit sore. This makes you slightly more alert, apart from not noticing any immediate pain relief. SHOULDER PAIN: I've been using this for a week and thought it didn't do much other than make my face feel good, right? have instant pain relief like a mat. Until my husband pointed out that all the knots in my shoulder and arm were untied. They were compressed and rock hard for about 2 years, now they are suddenly like bulging. He was amazed. Lol πŸ˜‚ I didn't realize until now that my shoulder pain has subsided as well. It helped a lot more than my TENS machine. So I kept using it, especially on knots afterwards. Every time he tenses up a few hours after use, the muscles relax. I've experienced this over and over again throughout the month. I injured my shoulder again on a car ride, had to walk around a lot with the kids, and that helped relieve the pain fairly quickly within a week. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JLJKJB6?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_yo_pop_mb_pd_t2
