I like this brewer. The carafe is the best I've ever had. Easy pour and doesn't drip! Removable water tank is convenient to take over to the faucet but it's heavy if you fill with 10-12 cups. I fill the carafe then pour into tank.I like to think that the multi nozzle water spray is a better way to improve coffee flavor and strength. The extended time to keep warmer plate on is nice.There are 2 things that would improve this brewer. The buttons to set up and program brewer are hard to press. When doing so when tank is empty, you will need to hold the brewer so it doesn't move. The labels for the buttons aren't lit up and hard to see in low light.
