My system recognized the device but didn't record any sound from it, even after full amplification, editing and everything in between. I have a lot of experience with AV gear and my computer settings recognized the presence of the device so I can only assume it was poorly manufactured and had to be returned. It was a waste of two hours to get the product working. It had to be plug and play like any other USB microphone on the market. It was too good to be true as the product looks professional and the price was good. Just badly done.
