As a seniorI have quite a few health issues and take quite a bit of medications. Unfortunately sometimes I forget what I've taken. This has really come in handy. I put in my pills once a week and don't have to get the bottles out each day just whatever day this is I pull out the little unit. I love the different colors. As far as the case is not very sturdy but I keep it in my pantry closet. It's great to have just so it helps me so I don't either miss a medication or take too many.
