Poor quality product and IT company says tell someone else about it. It was a big disappointment - something that costs that much should last more than a month - I can't afford $20 a month for a pencil like this. The case is ok but the pencil in it quickly disappears and I don't even use it every time. Day. I was a refund or replacement! According to IT Cosmetics, this seller is not an authorized retailer to sell their products, so they didn't address my complaint - they didn't care.
