The support team at Gbs was very helpful in answering any questions I had about their product or services during my training program! They were always available via phone call if we didn't have access online from our home computers/laptops etc., which made it easier when you need help right away instead waiting til later that day - they're also flexible enough sometimes to do so over email rather than having us come into office hours just because there isn’t anyone around who can immediately assist me personally :) Nothing really specific but overall this experience has been great thus far!! Training staffs new employees all different types / levels within organizations using various programs like HRIS modules, Excel spreadsheets, Access databases; making sure everyone feels comfortable navigating these systems before going live after implementation process begins by helping them understand what each part does along side being able train users properly throughout system usage time.
