I rate items based on their value for money. It's exactly what's advertised: a cheap little plastic test dock for those of us who don't have a reason to buy a $40 professional dock. Keep the rolled dough down or he'll grab it and try to pick it up, but that's better than using a fork to poke holes from afar. If you're making pizza 5 days a week, I'd probably look for something a little heavier. If you cook pizza two or three times a month, this thing will serve you for many years.
