Great solution allowing remote control

It has allowed us to outsource so many of those routine daily tasks that would normally be handled in person or over email. No longer do I have to get bogged down with managing my time keeping up with different tasks when someone else can just handle them for me! Their customer service is extremely poor but they are still getting work done despite this. Try it with no more risk than doing something yourself - nothing. As part of the team who manage their support desk, it's really nothing from an efficiency point of view though having said that, there needs to be better communication across departments as far as escalation goes. If anyone within a client department gets anything less then excellent helpdesk/ticketing response times will suffer. They handle all incoming tickets via WhatsApp which helps tremendously with any problems during working hours (especially if we're away) even when it isn't a direct answer required! We've also found a system update taking place at the moment which impacts one of the products offered by us to some degree meaning we are looking into moving away from Networx and looking elsewhere. I like that it helps us to keep track of all our devices, including those at home. It can be quite confusing if you don't know what you're doing when setting up the system. But once it's set up, it is very easy to use. The support staff is helpful and always willing to answer any questions or help solve problems. I highly recommend this program for small businesses. We have been able to keep track of all our computers and smartphones with this software.

  • Now everyone knows exactly whats happening because every device shows clearly under both servers connected directly through Windows 10 OSX Lion machines..etc..its great!!!!! Also its nice being kept well informed about updates / changes made since last login
