I brought this over 16 months ago (and connected video for my Panasonic 1080P projector (plus computer) and audio through this switch to Onkyo receivers via HDMI to SPDIF passthrough. Both video - both audio and output were excellent from this switch (no loss of quality) However for a little over a year now the video has started to flicker every time I turn on the projector (no change to my hardware/cables and connections) I have different HDMI Tried cables and the power supply used for this switch but the problem persists, the only workaround is to turn the switch off for a few seconds and then turn it back on, or unplug the HDMI OUT from the switch and then turn it back to normal (albeit a minor inconvenience) when unplugging/replugging).Instead of looking for a replacement or a power on/off switch Adding lter for the power button I figured I should try contacting the seller (because it worked great for about 14 months) and see if they can help fix the problem (maybe through a firmware update or so). The seller responded immediately and sent me a replacement within three days. Replacing the switch solved the problem (no more flashing video). It's nice that they got in touch several times to ensure a replacement unit was received and the issue was resolved. Have to say excellent customer service.
